1. Production & Lead Times

Ready-to-Ship: Pieces currently in stock will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom & Out-of-Stock: As each Mason Leigh piece is a work of deliberate craftsmanship, please allow 4-8 weeks for custom production or items currently out of stock. You will receive a personal update once your piece enters the final stages of quality control.
2. Complimentary Insured Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all domestic orders.

Carrier: We utilize premium couriers (FedEx or UPS) with experience in high-value transport.

Full Coverage: Your shipment is fully insured by Mason Leigh from the moment it leaves our studio until the moment it is signed for by you.

Discreet Packaging: To ensure the safety of your delivery, our outer shipping boxes are entirely neutral. There is no mention of "Jewelry," "Diamonds," or "Mason Leigh" on the exterior of the package to maintain total discretion.
3. Signature Requirement
For your protection, all Mason Leigh deliveries require an adult signature. * We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will typically make three delivery attempts or hold the package at a secure local station for pickup.
4. International Shipping
We currently facilitate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact LA@MasonLeigh.com for a bespoke shipping quote and to discuss international customs and duties relevant to your region.
5. Tracking Your Journey
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Given the value of these items, we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to ensure you are available for the signature-required delivery.
6. Inspection Upon Arrival
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. We kindly ask that you inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any evidence of tampering or damage to the outer packaging, please contact us immediately at 512.689.1211 before opening the shipment.
